Delivery of the Healthy Lifestyle Service – One You Merton. The Healthy Lifestyle Service is the public facing health prevention offer for people living and working in Merton. The service consists of 4 components: • Component A. – Outreach, engagement and community resilience • Component B. – universal digital offer • Component C. – A targeted Stop Smoking and harm reduction service for adults and young people. • Component D. – Frontline Training for workers, community leaders and volunteers who support the health prevention agenda. Additional, universal stop smoking service funding through the Local Stop Smoking Support Grant Fund from Office of Health Improvement & Disparities) OHID.
