Tender description

The University requires a contractor to undertake a grounds maintenance service in accordance with industry best practice. The contractor will be responsible for the provision of skilled horticultural craftsmen to undertake the services of grass mowing, Tree, hedge, plant/flowerbed maintenance, weed control and associated works (excluding pruning established trees and major repairs to established trees). The contractor must include in their costs everything required to carry out the work as described in this specification, including all replacement plants. Equipment to carry out the contract will be the contractors own (mowers, vehicles, tools etc...).
