99/YE Robotic Processing System

Tender description

Supply, installation and commissioning of an automated robotic system for the processing of biological samples into 200-600ul volumes ready for cryogenic storage. To include the consumables and software necessary for the collection, dispensing and labelling of approximately 80,000 samples per annum.<br />Details of extended warranties or service contracts for 3 or 5 years should be provided.<br /><br />Closing date for return of tenders: Friday 24th February 2006 at 12 noon.<br /><br />IMPORTANT NOTE<br />This is a re-tender, following the cancellation of tender 89/YE: Robotic Processing System.<br />Suppliers who originally tendered are automatically included in this tender, and new Expressions of Interest are also welcomed.<br /><br />There is no Administration Charge for this tender, however Expressions of Interest MUST be registered online via In-Tend.<br /><br />Contact persons for this tender are:<br />Yvette Everitt, email y.everitt@sheffied.ac.uk<br />Kevin Corke (technical): email: k.p.corke@sheffield.ac.uk
