Tender description
Tender for Vacuum System required by the Department of Engineering Materials.<br /><br />The Vacuum Chamber and deposition system as supplied must be compatible with the Plasma Launch System to be attached to the Chamber (See Plasma Deposition Tender ref: 96/YE). Further details are available in the tender documents.<br /><br />Closing date for return of tenders: Thursday 26th January 2005 at 12 noon.<br /><br /><br />PLEASE NOTE: There is an administration charge of £25 for issue of the Tender documents. Suppliers who submit tender offers will be invoiced after the tender closing date.
