Tender description

The supply, joint implementation, commissioning and support of collaboration software, providing full functionality for diary, scheduling of meetings, contact management, unified message storage, and real time collaboration. <br />The University is replacing current systems and integrated systems will be preferred with open interfaces available to other existing corporate applications.<br />The University has a turnover of approximately 280 000 000 GBP p.a. and has 6 500 staff on the payroll, and 25,000 students.<br /><br />Companies that express an interest in this procurement will be required to complete and return a pre-qualification questionnaire which will cover the economic, legal and technical information required by the University. <br /><br />Closing date for return of Pre Qualification information: Thursday 24th March 2005 by 16:00<br /><br />PLEASE NOTE: There is a non-refundable application cost of 100.00 GBP for the issue of Tender documents. This charge is not applicable at the expression of interest stage, It will only apply to tenderers who successfully reach the Invitation to Tender stage.
