Tender description

The University of Sheffield is looking to appoint a supplier who can supply, deliver, install and commission a new Mask writer for the Diamond clean room. The Diamond includes a Clean Room suite in which students will be introduced to the various techniques used to fabricate and test semiconductor devices; optoelectronic devices and other microsystems. Within the suite will be a Class 6 yellow room, in which photolithography will take place. The yellow room will have a spinner, laminar flow cabinets and two/three proximity-mode mask aligners. <br /> <br />To supplement the facility we are keen to source a “New mask writer tool” that we can use to: <br />a) Manufacture photolithography masks <br />b) Directly-write patterns onto photoresist-coated substrates <br /> <br />This tender is being conducted electronically using the Sheffield University e-tendering system which can be found at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sheffield/aspx/Home This is a non EU tender and firms are invited to study the requirement outlined in the tender documentation and provide their best bid to meet the needs identified.
