Tender description
Tender for Microdissection equipment required by the University of Sheffield Medical School.The equipment we are looking for will allow us to isolate specifically identified individual cells from a fixed and stained tissue section. Subsequently these cells can be treated to isolate nucleic acids or proteins to enable analysis by such means as proteomics, microarray or PCR based technologies.<br /><br />Further details are available in the tender documents.<br /><br />Closing date for return of tenders: Friday 25th July 2008 at 12 noon.<br /><br />PLEASE NOTE: There is an administration charge of £100 for the issue of Tender documents. There is no charge for Expressions of Interest in order to view the tender specification, but suppliers who submit tender offers will be invoiced after the tender closing date.
