PROPOSED ALTERATION WORKS TO THE MOOT ROOM<br />The works comprise alteration work undertaken within an existing lecture space to refurbish the existing moot room, including:<br />i) Removing existing finishes to Moot Room;<br />ii) Removal of existing roof and replacement with new sheet metal roof;<br />iii) Replacement of existing lecture seating with new;<br />iv) Altering existing openings;<br />v) New window liners;<br />vi) Repainting wall, replacement of floor finishes and ceilings;<br />vii) New HVAC and Electrical installation.<br /><br />PLEASE NOTE: Compulsory project briefing and site inspection will be conducted with tenderer’s on 7 November 2024 @ 11h00 at Moot Room Law Building off Grey Road, Rhodes University, Makhanda.<br />
