LB Hillingdon. Provision of a grounds maintenance, landscaping and horticultural contract

Tender description

The London Borough is seeking to appoint experienced grounds maintenance service provider to help deliver various ground maintenance services alongside the existing in -house provision at Hillingdon. The expected services under the contract will be, but not limited to. - Maintaining the Public Rights of Way within the borough. - Maintaining Allotments areas- cutting of communal areas, empty plots and rotavate twice per year - Wetland and permissive path work - pond maintenance, river and ditch work, wildflower meadow works - General grounds maintenance work- soft and hard landscaping and arboriculture services - Landscaping for Capital Projects The initial contract term will be three years with the option to extend for a further two years starting from an estimated start date of April 2025, with services delivered under a JCT Measured Term Contract Estimated initial contract value - £921,000 The full service requirements can be found within the tender documentation pack via our tender portal, www.capitalesourcing.com.
