The British Council Bangladesh is inviting reputable and experienced vendors to submit tenders:<br />British council is looking for “MPS-Managed Print Service” outsources service for Photocopying, Printing, and scanning requirements along with Print management software solutions with below features:<br />1.1 Secure Printing- User Authentication (Card authentication) Locked Print / Hold Print<br />1.2 Follow Me Print- Print Anywhere under the devices of same Network /Server<br />1.3 Scan to Email – The scan-to-email feature should be incorporated<br />1.4 Quota Allocation- Assign / Allocate quota under User / Department / Device /Floor<br />1.5 Cost Control- Who's going to pay for that much printing<br />1.6 Auditing- Report of the uses & expense under user / Device / Department /Floor etc<br />The detail service requirement and other terms & conditions relating to this are given in the ITT
