PROPOSED ALTERATION WORKS TO EMU LAB<br />The works comprise alteration work undertaken within an existing lab space to create a new isolation lab, including:<br /><br />i) Removing existing floor slabs, casting new;<br />ii) Wet works, building of wall within an existing lab;<br />iii) New rib and block concrete roof to lab, cast in confined spaces;<br />iv) Altering existing openings;<br />v) New window liners;<br />vi) Repainting of certain existing labs.<br /><br />PLEASE NOTE: Compulsory project briefing and site inspection will be conducted with tenderers on 7 November 2024 @ 12h30 at the EMU Lab building, off Artillery Road, Rhodes University, Makhanda.
