Tender description
The Clinical Assessment Service (CAS) provides a clinical telephony service to assist in the management of urgent care demand within the health and care system. Linked to the Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) programme, the service will provide a CAS as part of its core function, ensuring additional clinical input into the NHS 111 service, and acting as a key entry point into local urgent care services. Lot 1: The Clinical Assessment Service (CAS) provides a clinical telephony service to assist in the management of urgent care demand within the health and care system. Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB are intending to award a contract to the existing provider following direct award process C.
