The contract is being let in 3 Lots:<br /><br />Lot 1 - specialist works including Insulation works (Cladding, Cavity Wall, Internal Wall & External Wall Insulation, Loft insulation).<br /><br />Lot 2 - Roof replacement<br /><br />Lot 3 – Windows and doors.<br /><br />Bidders may apply for one, two or three Lots<br />
