Supply Chain Notice: Munition ISO Stuffing

We are looking for an automated packing system or process that can enhance munition ISO stuffing. We aim to utilise industry options that will effectively increase the scale and pace of the process. Currently the ISO stuffing process is costly and labor, resource and time intensive. Requirements for automating the ISO stuffing process: - Health & Safety explosive compliant: Automated system that allows for munitions to safely be packed and stuffed into an ISO container without risking health & safety. - A system that allows for munitions to be securely packaged, for example, an automated slide in frame that also utilises ratchet straps, reducing movement in transit. - Generalist equipment that does not require packers to have specialist skills or require high-level training / frequent technical support. - Process optimisation: A system that improves operational efficiency when quickly packing and unpacking the ISO. - Adheres to any relevant munition shipping policies and be NATO pallet compatible.
