This RFI sets out: HIAL’s requirement for software solutions. This RFI seeks feedback on: Indicative costs Risks ------------------------ Please note this is just a RFI. The 'estimated date of publication of contract notice' is currently for guidance only. The timeline for this tender exercise is is to be reviewed and finalised still. Lot 1: HIAL uses an online safety management system. This is used to ensure compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements and company standards. The purpose of the project is to source and procure a new Quality & Safety Management Software solution as the current contract is due to end on 31 March 2026. This project will procure a system which will meet our requirements from the CAA to implement a QSMS system which enables compliance with the CAA regulations. This RFI is to allow us to inform a robust business case.
