National Consultant (Academics)– Monitoring and Evaluation assignment: Iraq – Curriculum Reform in Higher Education

Tender description

The British Council is seeking two Iraq-based research academics with strong sectoral expertise in Higher Education, research, observation, and data collection in the formal education sector and an excellent command of English. One researcher (academic) will be located in Central and Southern Iraq (CSI), and one located in the Kurdish Regions of Iraq (KRI. Individuals or Organizations can apply for one of the positions or for both positions and they may be awarded one position or both positions. They are to work alongside an international researcher for this Monitoring and Evaluation assignment. This will allow the research to generate one unified report for Iraq as a whole but also to reflect any material differences in provision in the different geographies.
