Overarching Purpose The Chairperson has a strategic role to play in representing the vision and purpose of the South Tees Carers Forum and facilitate Task Groups as necessary. The Chairperson works alongside the Joint Commissioning Group (JCG), consisting of Middlesbrough Council, Redcar & Cleveland Council and the North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (NENC ICB), to ensure that the South Tees Carers Forum functions properly, that there is participation at meetings, all relevant matters are discussed and that effective decisions are made and carried out.
