As part of the development process for a procurement strategy for our ESOL Review, Argyll and Bute Council is seeking views and information from the marketplace in connection with the areas set out in this Request for Supplier Information (RFI). At this time Argyll and Bute Council would like to hear from suppliers who would be interested in carrying out this review for us. Therefore, if you are interested, please contact us by email with a short overview of your organisation and a summary of any experience you have of delivering this. Lot 1: Argyll and Bute Council’s Refugee Resettlement programme includes the delivery of English classes (ESOL) to adult learners. Our ESOL programme which was established as face to face and this moved to online delivery during Covid. Teaching returned to online in 2022-23 due to the rising demand from increasing numbers of Ukrainian refugees resettling across the local authority area. Our ESOL programme is now moving to a hybrid model with online and some face to face learning in some of our towns. As our ESOL programme has undergone such significant change and rapid growth in recent years, we now want to take the opportunity to review our model of delivery. We are looking for consultants to help us review our programme, better hear our learners and tutor’s voices and help us to develop a model which works for Argyll and Bute and most importantly those resettling in Argyll and Bute fleeing war, famine and other natural disasters..
