Tender description

Derbyshire County Council, on behalf of D2N2 Local Enterprise Partnership, is inviting bids for inclusion on a Framework Agreement on the terms identified in the tender documents for the delivery of Skills Bootcamps provision for the following priority areas: • Construction and the Built Environment (including Green Skills) • Digital • Engineering and Manufacturing (including Green Skills) • Sales, Marketing and Procurement • Other (Leadership and Management) The Framework will commence in June 2024, with Call-off Contracts to follow. The Framework and associated Call-off Contracts will expire on 30th September 2025 – delivery of training and the offer of a guaranteed job interview must be completed by 31st March 2025. Lot 1: Construction and the Built Environment (including Green Skills) Suggested requirements: Civil Engineering and Groundworks, Highway Maintenance/Road building, and Management, Heritage and Conservation. Lot 2: Digital Suggested requirements: Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Gaming, IT Solutions, Business Analysis, Web developer, and Software Development. Lot 3: Engineering and Manufacturing Suggested requirements: Welding and Fabrication, Rail Engineering and Track Maintenance, Electric/Hybrid Vehicle Maintenance, and Green Transport. Lot 4: Sales, Marketing and Procurement Suggested requirements: Digital Marketing. Lot 5: Other Suggested requirements: Leadership and Management, Project Management and Effective Change Management.
