Tender description

The Council is looking to secure the services of a Contractor for the design and construction of a new build primary school. It's anticipated that the preferred Contractor will be appointed via Mini-Competition on a Design and Build, two-stage open-book basis with the Contractor assisting the project team from RIBA Stage 3. The preferred Contractor will be expected to deliver PCSA / ECI services (as per Appendix 4, Schedule 10 of the CWM Framework Agreement) from RIBA 3 including (but not limited to) assisting the Client's professional consultants in arriving at a robust RIBA Stage 3 and 4 cost plan.
