Waveney Adult Autism Assessment Service for people registered with a Waveney GP

This is a prior information notice only and the full procurement will be subject to a separate advertisement via the FTS portal.<br/><br/>This is advanced notice of the ICB intention to procure an adult autism assessment service for people registered with a Waveney GP. The intention is to commence the procurement process from 1st November 2024, with a service start date of 22nd May 2025 for a period of 2 years plus the option to extend for 12 months. <br/><br/>Estimated total value £540,000 <br/><br/>The key aims and objectives include the following:<br/><br/>To engage with autistic people and the market to commission an autism assessment service for adults registered with a Waveney GP. <br/><br/>The commissioning process will define quality with alignment to local and national standards, policy and guidance. It will include the process to measure and monitor the quality of assessments, while ensuring sustainability of the service.<br/><br/>This service is funded by health and the ICB will lead the contract from 22 May 2025.
