RFP - YR64EDU102024 - Marketing merchandise (Give-Aways) for TVET

Tender description

The British Council intends to procure some give-aways (marketing merchandise) for key stakeholders, partners and beneficiaries for the duration of the project. The items include a high-quality branded executive pack including a leather diary, temperature-display vacuum flask and a metallic pen as well as regular diaries and pens to be used for various events and conferences. The designs and branding may change over the life of the project. We will need the vendor to provide us the merchandise in small quantities and multiple batches during the project life. The first batch of items is required by November 7, 2024. Detailed features and requirements of give-aways are available in clause no 7 – specification of the RFP document. Please register yourself as a vendor to view full tender requirements. <br /> <br />Delivery location for goods and/or services: The delivery address shall be in Islamabad.<br /> <br />Duration: The Contract awarded will be for a duration of 12 months with an option for an extension for up to an additional 30 months.
