Tender description

The intention is to appoint a law firm to act on non-contentious and contentious real estate legal work generated by The Crown Estate’s residential portfolio in London. This Procurement relates to Legal Services which are listed in Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR) as a Specific Service. This Procurement is being conducted under the Light Touch Regime ("LTR") in accordance with Regulations 74 to 77 PCR using the Restricted Procedure.
