KITCHEN EXPANSION WORKS AT THE ROWANS AP ACADEMY

Tender description

The proposal is to build a small brick extension with windows, exit doors and a flat roof, attached to their current servery with an opening linking the two areas- subject to surveys if needed. The new area will need to provide sufficient space for new equipment to include a Combination oven, wall tables, and trolleys but also incorporate room for both a double and hand washing sink along with a staff toilet and single changing room/cleaner’s cupboard. Nonslip vinyl flooring and white rock on the walls will need to be considered for both areas, along with suitable ventilation. Keywords: Building, Schools
