Grounds Maintenance and Street Cleansing System Software Package

Tender description

Doncaster Council is inviting competitive and high-quality tenders for the provision of an integrated, multi-user grounds maintenance and street cleansing solution. At present, Doncaster Council utilises Mayrise, supplied by Causeway, to manage the Street Scene Service provided buy our in-house team. This tender does not include the Waste and Recycling service. We are looking for a system that combines Geographic Information System (GIS) and data management software to map and record the location of assets, attributes associated with each asset, a schedule of what work is carried out along with a diary of when, associated costs for the work, and billing information. This contract has the available option of being extended up to a further 2 years at the sole discretion of the Council. This contract has a possible contract length of up to 5 years including the extension period. This contract was procured via a framework agreement - further competition.
