The procurement exercise to be undertaken is to appoint a partner contractor from the start to deliver developments for Tai Calon wish to develop the sites for housing with the following objectives:• Deliver sustainable and affordable homes• Maximise density whilst ensuring high quality shared spaces.• Maximise good quality and enhance existing amenity space for use by the community• Reduce our carbon emissions, and fuel poverty and improve the energy efficiency of our homes• Homes should meet Development Quality Requirements (DQR) to ensure eligibility for grant.• Acceptable cost guidance should be considered to maximise grant eligibility.• Design is to consider whole life costs and reduce the need for high cost component replacement over the next 60 years.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=145231.
