Limerick City and County Council seeks innovative and cost-effective options available in the marketplace to explore the future potential utilisation of the former landfill site at Gortadroma. The purpose of this Market Sounding Brief advertised by way of a Request For Information (RFI) is to enable Limerick City and County Council to gain an understanding of the various opportunities currently available. Any proposed innovative solutions would be required to be in-line with national policy and the costs and benefits associated with such proposals would need to be analysed in terms of any potential future undertakings at the site. It is to be noted that public consultation(s) will be a necessary component of any proposed alterations and/or future uses of the site.
