An Expression of Interest to test the market appetite and scope for the provision of a research partner to develop and conduct an annual partner survey as part of implementing the new Oversight and Assessment Framework. The purpose of which is to seek the views of ICB system partners on how they have performed in their role as a local leader of the NHS and as a co conveyor of their wider integrated care system (ICS) partnership.
