A Replacement Asset Management System for Caerphilly CBC

Caerphilly County Borough Council (the Council) are issuing this notice as a request for information in relation to a replacement asset management system. The Council are seeking to consolidate several asset management systems currently used, integrating all asset data and functionality in one management system. This will mitigate the need to enter the same data into multiple systems, reduce the risk of input errors, create greater efficiencies, increase transparency and provide a real time data to inform better management decision-making. The purpose of this Request For Information (RFI) is to seek input from potential suppliers within the market, to establish the type of solution and functionality that is available for a modern, multi-functional asset management system. Lot 1: The Council are requesting information for a replacement asset management system. Please refer to the output specification attached to this notice, suppliers should review the information in the output specification and answer the questions in the attached questionnaire. If you feel that your organisation can contribute to this RFI exercise, please complete the questionnaire and submit to procurement@caerphilly.gov.uk The deadline for responses is 12 noon on Tuesday 29 October 2024. Please note that this notice is for conducting a RFI exercise and is not a call for competition. It does not formally begin the procurement process or constitute any commitment by CCBC to undertake any procurement exercise or form any contractual relationship.
