Tender description

This service is for children and young people aged 5-18 years (up until their 19th Birthday) and up to 25 years for those with special educational needs or who are care leavers, to access evidence-based interventions for a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 sessions (dependent on clinical needs), in one to one or group settings. The service will also offer workshops to children and young people, parents and carers and professionals. Suitable for children and young people experiencing low mood and anxiety, as well as presenting with self-harming behaviours. Priority areas include: • Children and young people who are Educated Other Than At School (EOTA’S) and School Place Not Attending (SPNA’s) • Children in care and care leavers. • Transitions & Navigation of wider Mental Health & Emotional Wellbeing System The service will sit under the ‘Getting Help ‘needs led category of the i-THRIVE framework which is embedded across Medway.
