TC046 - Bolton Albert Halls Pantomime

Tender description

The Borough Council of Bolton (“the Authority”) is prepared to receive tenders for the Bolton Albert Halls Pantomime which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. Tenders may not be considered which do not comply with the Authority’s Terms and Conditions (the “Legal Contract”) applicable to this Contract, which are shown as an attachment to this document for downloading. This procurement exercise is being run as an open Invitation to Tender (ITT) and the Authority will appoint a single (1) contractor on the Contract. This tender is for the provision of The Albert Halls Pantomime for 2026, 2027, 2028 & 2029 with the option for a further two (2) x twelve (12) month periods for the 2030 and 2031 Pantomimes respectively. It is intended for the Contract to commence on 1 July 2025 and continue until the close of the 2029 pantomime on such date as agreed in writing between the Authority and the Provider (“Agreement Period”). There is the option to extend for a further two (2) x twelve (12) month periods for the 2030 pantomime (first extension) and 2031 pantomime (second extension). We strongly advise that you complete a site visit for the Albert Halls Theatre before making your submission. The site visit will enable you to view the Theatre premises, (stage, auditorium, dressing rooms etc) and to gain a full appreciation of the facilities and to confirm the practicality of your company staging the pantomime in accordance with the technical and tender specifications provided. Site visits will be available between 21st October 2024 – 26th October 2024. Requests for Site Visits shall be made via The Chest messaging portal.
