Tender description
The existing below ground Medium Temperature Hot Water (MTHW) heating pipework infrastructure at HMP Perth is to be replaced. To inform and assist the design/tender for the MTHW pipework replacement works the SPS requires an underground Utility and detection survey to be undertaken to a) verify the location of the existing MTHW pipework and b) identify any buried services in the vicinity of the existing pipework which may impact on the installation of a replacement system. Lot 1: The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to determine interest within the marketplace for this project. Those who are interested in this PIN should contact the SPS representative detailed in this PIN in the first instance to discuss the scope further. They will then have the opportunity to request to access the tender documentation and bid shortly thereafter.
