Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council (SBC) have received grant funding from the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) to partake in the DHSC 'Workplace Cardiovascular Disease Health Checks Pilot'. SBC has identified a Provider to deliver CVD checks for their workforce, and full NHS Health Checks for eligible employees. Lot 1: The Council requires CVD checks for their workforce, and full NHS Health Checks for eligible employees to be delivered by a suitable provider. The contract is being awarded by Direct Award Process A of the Provider Selection Regime 2023, The contract value is a maximum of £44,800 The contract is a 6 month pilot commencing 01 October 2024 to 31 March 2025.
