Plymouth City Council are seeking for a partnership approach to the delivery of support services for survivors of domestic abuse and people who cause harm. Lot 1: Plymouth City Council (PCC) are seeking expressions of interests from partnerships who would be interested in providing the Domestic Abuse and Behaviour Change Services. The safe accommodation and community based support services available to victims/survivors of domestic abuse and the behaviour change services for people who cause harm. Proposed Contract The Commissioners intend to procure services with a planned start date of 1 April 2025. Contract period will be for 4 years plus 3 additional 2 year increments (4+2+2+2), with an end date subject to extension(s) of 31 March 2035.
