MEA_2024_MALAWI CONSTRUCTION AND BUILDING MAINTANANCE

Tender description

1. Provide Building maintenance services to British Council Malawi Office. The services will include but no limited to:<br />a. Installation of an all-round electric fence and razor wire<br />b. Installation of external lighting to enhance night patrol vision.<br />c. Installation all-building intruder alarm<br />d. Genset repairs and servicing -Cumis G2000<br />e. Repair and replacement of door locks<br />f. Servicing and repairing of fire alarm.<br />g. Supplying a new Distribution Box, reviewing of the current Electrics connections, ensuring that all wires are harmonised, and all switches are clearly labelled. <br />h. Fix Supply, and maintenance of Air Conditioning Units. <br />- New Aircons to include; 2x12000btu & 1x18000btu<br />The overall purpose and aims of this service is to provide a safe, affordable, and legally compliant service as per British Council health and safety standards.<br />
