The Authority is seeking engagement and feedback from the market through a short questionnaire in regard to a potential future procurement opportunity for the Supply, Installation and Maintenance of digital and paper Billboards including associated Advertising Services on property and land sites owned and or operated by the Authority. We recommend that you refer to the e-tendering guidance for suppliers which can be found by clicking on 'Information for Suppliers' at the top of the home page. The questionnaire will be available for 30 days from publication of this Prior Information Notice (PIN). This will be live until 5pm on 31 October 2024 to complete and return the questionnaire. Lot 1: This is a market information exercise only and does not guarantee this will necessarily lead to any future procurement opportunity. This PIN is purely to understand the market's interest and capabilities in delivering billboard advertising services by promoting a questionnaire to seek views and feedback from the market. Information gathered will help shape the proposed future tendering opportunity. In the event that it did proceed to a future tendering opportunity, it is not yet certain which procurement route would be followed. Suppliers will be neither advantaged nor disadvantaged from involvement in this exercise.
