Tender description

Those in crisis for the purposes of this service can be defined as people who need urgent help. The service must offer caseload capacity to provide wrap around care at the point of need including follow up care in the event of a near fatal overdose. A harm reduction van will be made available to the successful provider to support service delivery. The Council intends to tender for a 2 year contract.
