Unit 25b Multi Category LOT 1 Fashion and LOT 2 BEAUTY opportunity to Retail outlets. Owing to the current travel and wider retail market performance, the commercial team at LLA are proposing to run a multi category tender with appropriate category tender minimums to ensure the best possible outcome. During the bidding window, there is an option for an on-site meeting to be attended by the relevant concessionaire personnel (e.g. Property Manager, Store Fitout Manager, Concept Designer - or similar/equivalent function but relative to ensure appropriate design conversations), held by our Commercial Project Manager. Bidders are encouraged to also attend with a nominated contractor. Full details are held within the tender documentation Additional information: CONCESSION AGREEMENT The concession is offered by LLAOL on the basis of the concession agreement provided with the tender documents. Bidders may raise questions of clarification on the concession agreement at any time before 1200 hours UK time on the date shown in the tender timetable. Bidders will be deemed to bid on the basis of the concession agreement prepared by LLA. Bidders are to note however, that commitments given by them during this tendering process, and agreed by LLAOL, on Service Proposal or Design Proposal, may be incorporated into the final contractual agreements.
