CHARIS HOUSE REFURBISHMENT PHASE 2 - Innsite UK Ltd

Tender description

To undertake Phase 2 of the refurbishment to the existing 4 story building including converting two lounge areas on the ground floor into 2 new self-contained bedsits. This will entail new sub-floor drainage, new kitchenettes, bathrooms, showers and plumbing. Two number new fire door sets and associated ironmongery. New floor finishes and decorations. The building will be occupied during these works. Residents, staff and visitors will enter premises at main door and need access to lift and main stair to upper bedsits. Resident will also require use of the ground floor corridor to access the shared kitchen. The rear garden will be made off limits to all resident during the works, except in the event of an evacuation emergency. It is anticipated that the work will commence on site in October 2024 and completed within 6weeks of commencement. A minimum of 2 weeks will be allowed by the Client for planning and preparation for construction
