Careers Fairs Logistical Support 2024/2025

Tender description

We use an events company to assist us with travelling to each university careers fair so they can set up our stands and the various recruitment materials (reports, brochures, giveaways). We attend universities all across the UK and attend anywhere between 15 - 20 careers fairs during the milkround period with the aim of attracting a diverse range of students to our trainee schemes. We work with A101 Solutions who ensure our stand material is delivered on time and set up in advance ahead of our representatives arriving at the venue. We often have 2-3 events in different locations across on the UK on the same day and to have someone set up on our behalf is key to our success at careers fairs.
