Intention to award contract for pathway 2 care home beds Lot 1: The services to be provided under this contract are for short term, discharge to assess, care home placements for patients being discharged from hospital via pathway 2. An urgent modification was required due to increased activity and an unpredicted increase in enhanced observations required to safely manage the complex needs of the cohort of patients occupying the beds.
