Bridgend CBC wishes to Award the contract for an intervention programme to all rough sleepers in Bridgend. It will support these vulnerable individuals to move away from sleeping rough in the streets of Bridgend town but also in the rural areas of the Borough. Lot 1: Bridgend Council wishes to Award this contract. This contract sets out to deliver an intervention programme to all rough sleepers in are of Bridgend. This service will encompass two elements of delivery: 1. Rough sleepers’ assertive outreach 2. A drop in service for rough sleepers
