Tender description

The Council is required to prepare an infrastructure Delivery plan to inform the preparation of the new Local Plan and if appropriate the preparation of a community infrastructure Levy Charging Schedule. It is anticipated that information including costs of infrastructure requirements will be provided by relevant service providers and developers. In the absence of cost information, the successful supplier will be required where feasible to provide high level cost estimates for the provision of infrastructure in order that the viability and certainty of its timely provision can be assessed.
