Provision of Holiday School camps

Provision of Holiday School camps. Service providers will have staff who should be qualified to work with minors and able to deliver engaging activities (PVG checked member of staff, in attendance at all times). Staff present should also have first-aid qualifications. Provide or able to borrow physical facilities to "host" children. Ability to accommodate children with additional needs (including with carer if provided and needed). Provision of catering is desirable (for varying dietary needs) but not essential. Must have insurance and liability coverage. A key contact for day-to-day business needs to be provided and as well as agreed upon turnaround time for communications. The supplier is also expected to collect feedback from its participants and share this with the University of Dundee.
