Tender description

Norwich City Council and Norwich City Services Limited (NCSL) have a number of mobile telephones in use by staff as well as a number of SIMs in tablets, laptops, door entry systems and various other services. The current contract ended and to avoid service disruption, a new contract was directly awarded to the incumbent via Lot 1 of the Mobile Voice and Data Services Framework (ref: RM6261) with Crown Commercial Services (CCS).
