Domestic Energy Retrofit Works

Tender description

The invitation to tender (ITT) will be issued by Procure Plus Holdings on behalf of Cheshire East Council (Cheshire East Council) for their retrofit works programme. This competition is launched through Lot 3: Retrofit Managing Agents - Installation Delivery on the Retrofit Delivery Services DPS. Multi-measure retrofit works to 300 properties. Eligible measures are any energy efficiency and heating measure that is compatible with the Reduced data Standard Assessment Procedure (RdSAP), with the exception of fossil fuel heating and hybrid fossil fuel heating. We anticipate that the programme will consist of a mix of the following measures: • Cavity wall insulation • Loft insulation • External wall insulation • Internal wall insulation • Room in roof insulation • Flat roof insulation • Draught proofing • Air source heat pumps • Ground source heat pumps • Hot water cylinder insulation • Hot water cylinder thermostat • Heating controls • Battery storage • Low energy lighting • Underfloor insulation • Solar PV • Double Glazing • High heat retention storage heaters
