Tender description
South East Technological University requests the supply of benchtop X-Ray Diffractometer to test and analyse industrial samples. This technique allows identification and quantification of crystalline phase, percentage crystallinity, crystallite size, lattice parameter refinement and Rietveld refinement. X-Ray Diffractometer is widely used in material science and chemistry research, as well as in industry for research and quality control.
