Tender description

British Council intends to outsource the Participant’s Service Payments, and Logistic Management for different events like Qualification Development, Accreditation, Train the Trainers, Launch etc. The services include provision of stipends, fees, food, travel and accommodation claims and other services as per pre-defined rates (Clause.7 Table.1). Tentatively 10 events would be held in Islamabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Baluchistan and Gilgit Baltistan (Clause.7 Table.3) and around 250 participants would be participating from these locations (Clause.7 Table.2). Participants would be government officials, industry representatives, academia and private sector etc.<br />British Council requires services of a financially sound vendor to manage and process payments of event participants (Clause.7 Table.6) below. The terms of reference / procedure of payment to participants and reimbursement of charges to vendor mentioned below in Clause no 7 - Specifications of the RFP document.<br /><br />Delivery location for goods and/or services: The services are required across Pakistan. <br /><br />Duration: 4 months with an option for an extension for up to an additional 2 month based on performance. <br /><br />
