RFP – NZ42EDU92024 – Event Management for TVET

Tender description

British Council intends to outsource event management Service for its events like Qualification Development, Accreditation, Train the Trainers, Launch ceremonies etc. The services include provision of venue and food services in 3-to-5-star hotels, public or private sector universities, institutes, IT industries, Incubation Centers etc (details requirements are attached as Appendix-I). Tentatively 10 events would be to be held in Islamabad, Khyber Pukhtunkwa, Balochistan and Gilgit Baltistan mainly, and in several cases in Lahore and Karachi (list of locations attached as Appendix-II) and around 2,500 participants would be participating from these locations (frequency of events and tentative no of participants in each activity attached as Appendix-I - Table-1 and 2). <br /> <br />British Council requires services of a financially sound Supplier to provide and manage different events under EU TVET-IV Project. The detailed scope of work and event details are mentioned below in Clause.7 - Specification in RFP document. <br /><br />Delivery location for goods and/or services: The services are required across Pakistan. Event details are mentioned below in Clause.7 - Specification in RFP document.<br /><br />Duration: 4 months with an option for an extension for up to an additional 2 month based on performance. <br /><br />
