Provision of Intermediate Minor Oral Surgery (IMOS) in Shrewsbury (PDS Contract)

Tender description

Intermediate Minor Oral Surgery (IMOS) which is aimed at those patients who require Level 2 care - that is 'procedural and/or patient complexity requiring a clinician with enhanced skills and experience who must be accredited to perform Tier 2 Oral Surgery procedures. Lot 1: Direct Award of a PDS Contract for IMOS Services in Shrewsbury with effect from 15th November 2024 until 14th November 2031 with the potential to extend until 14th November 2034. Contract value - 7 years = £1,462,821.64, plus up to a further 3 years = £626,923.56. Total contract value over the full 10-year term = £2,089,745.20. These values are not inclusive of the 2024/25 DDRB uplift which are yet to be published. Additional information: The Service to which this relates fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the" Regulations") as amended by The Public Procurement (Amendment etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, (the" Regulations") and the Procurement, Patient Choice and Competition Regulations (2) 2013. As such, the Contracting Authority does not intend to hold itself bound by any of the Regulations, or those applicable to Schedule 3 Service.
